Why Corporate America is Inept
I frequently use my pen to write letters to university Presidents and corporate executives who offend me.
Current offenders are presidents at Marquette University, Bank of America, Verizon, AT&T, Costco and the makers of Lysol.
AT&T owns CNN.
Marquette recently attempted to fire a conservative member of its faculty but lost.
Bank of America owns Merrill Lynch and failed to adjust the Bank to the digital revolution. It’s CEO is an attorney.
Verizon pays no attention to consumer issues and allows its IT Department to over-engineer its Website.
Costco is no longer a low-cost warehouse merchandisers, and the manufacturer of Lysol is simply inept.
Is there one explanation for this?
Elon Musk believes that our problem is a result of a surfeit of MBAs. Shakespeare believed it was lawyers and had a solution that he spelled out in Henry VI, Part 2, Act IV, Scene 2.
