CPAC and Donald Trump

July 9, 2021

On February 11 of this year, the Associated Press raised questions about spending practices of a ”Never Trump” PAC called the “Lincoln Project.”

And Steve Bannon was criticized for taking a payment of $1 million from a PAC organized to use private funds to build portions of Donald Trump’s “Wall” along the southern border of the United States with Mexico.

That raises a question about the American Conservative Union’s Matt Schlapp and close relations between the National Conservative Political Action Committee (NCPAC) and former President Donald Trump.

Is Matt Schlapp’s PAC being paid to promote Donald Trump?

The Conservative Movement which began as an intellectual “Reform Movement” in the 1950’s and led to holding the first Conservative Political Action conference organized by Human Events in 1961, had become a business as early as 1980 and ceased being simply an intellectual “movement,” when Ronald Reagan was elected President.

CPAC meets again starting today so we ask again, “How much is Matt Schlapp paid as head of the PAC known as NCPA?”
